Co Director

Hi I’m Emma-Louise, an experienced Makeup Artist with 9 years in the industry. Collaborating with my esteemed business partner Christopher, we achieved a huge milestone in September 2021 by co-founding November Collective. Our shared vision is to establish a distinguished hair makeup and beauty salon that offers a luxurious experience and comfortable atmosphere. I take great pride in my specialization in Bridal, Commercial and Education, but still hold a special space in my heart for my regular weekend clients.

After starting my journey in 2014 as a mobile makeup artist, it really kicked off when I started running my business from The Makeup Bar in Edinburgh back in 2016, where I had the pleasure of meeting my business partner, Christopher.

With 9 years of experience under my belt, I have had the incredible opportunity to be featured in publications such as British Vogue and Harpers Bazaar. I have also had the privilege of working with the iconic brand ghd over the last 3 years. I love working with them and meeting new people in the industry!

When I’m not working on weddings or photoshoots, my focus shifts to ensuring the success and happiness of my team at the salon. As a dedicated leader, I prioritise supporting my team members and ensuring they have all the resources and support they need to carry out their work effectively. Creating a positive and harmonious work environment is essential to me, as I believe that a happy team leads to exceptional results and satisfied clients!

Christopher

Co Director

I’m Christopher, a seasoned hairdresser with over 12 years of experience in the industry. In September 2021, I achieved a significant career goal by co-founding November Collective alongside Emma Louise. Our mission is to create a high-end hair experience that exudes luxury while maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

With expertise in hair extensions, I bring over 10 years of experience in transforming and enhancing hairstyles. As a valued member of the artistic team for ghd, I have had the privilege of working on shoots, campaigns, and prestigious red carpet events, including the BAFTA Awards and the BRIT Awards.

Recognised as an award-winning bridal hair specialist, I have a keen eye for creating breathtaking looks for weddings and special occasions. I am also a color master, specialising in blonde hair, where I bring creativity and precision to each color transformation.
Having worked as a celebrity stylist, I have collaborated with notable individuals, ensuring their hair looks flawless for public appearances. Additionally, my experience in the TV industry, particularly with MTV, has allowed me to showcase my talent and creativity to a wider audience.

Beyond my personal achievements, I am driven by a passion to inspire my team and uplift up-and-coming artists in the industry. By sharing my knowledge and experiences, I strive to empower others to reach their goals and unlock their full potential. With an unwavering dedication to my craft, I continue to push boundaries, embrace innovation, and create unforgettable looks that leave a lasting impression.

Hello there! I’m Rhys, Director Stylist. I’ve been working in this exciting field since the tender age of 13, and ever since then, my love for hairdressing has only grown stronger. I must say, I genuinely enjoy every aspect of hairdressing. From the moment you step into the salon to the final flourish of a fabulous haircut or stunning colour, I believe in providing an exceptional client journey. To me, the salon experience encompasses so much more than just the technical aspects of hairdressing. It’s about creating a memorable and enjoyable experience for each and every client from start to finish.

I’m Adele, I’ve been in hairdressing for almost 18 years having worked in Edinburgh, Glasgow & Australia. I’ve found my niche in blondes over the years and although I do enjoy all aspects of hairdressing, blondes are a passion of mine! I’ve recently been busy with tape extensions and love the instant results it gives. Getting to know you and recommending tones and shapes that suit you personally is what makes me happy at work, so looking forward to welcoming my long term and new clients to the salon soon!

Hi! I’m Steph, one of the Nail Techs and I’ve been with November for around a year and half! I’ve been in the industry for over seven incredible years since training with CND. What I love most about my job is the social aspect. I’m a people person through and through, and there’s nothing quite like chatting with my clients while I work my magic!
